ELPAC: How can parents help their child prepare for the ELPAC?

The Summative ELPAC is given every spring to measure your child’s growth in Academic English language skills across four areas: Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing. Below are some simple ways you can support your child’s learning at home — even if you don’t speak English.

English Learner Advisory Committee

  • ELAC is an English Learner Advisory Committee comprised of staff, parents, and community members whose

    students’ home language is other than English. ELAC is formed at each school site.
