Designed by Dalles and built by Ms. Silvers leadership club!
The scarecrow is up and we wanted to invite students to make and drop off their own hedgehog in our display. We made these out of rock and acorns and leftover art materials.

Another active and fun Muscle & Movement Monday!
During Creative Writing with Ms. Benko, they studied a traditional Japanese style of poetry called Haiku. It consists of three lines. The first line has 5 syllables, the second line has 7 syllables, and the third line has 5 syllables. This is a poem by one of her students.

In Art Class with Mrs. Tremain, students learned about Romero Britto, a pop artist. They then created the Statue of Liberty in his style to remember the heroes of 9/11.
