Staff provided a presentation update to the Board of Education on Septeber 11, 2019 regarding upcoming planning specific to Measure B projects, Developer Fee based growth projects, projected enrollment, and proposed construction planning to address projected growth including a location to begin planning for next school site.
Board of Education Work Study May 15, 2019
The Board of Education conducted a Work Study on May 15, 2019 to review projected enrollment, Assessed Valuation projections and projected Bonding Capacity, Measure B project list, and related school construction needs.
The Facilities Master Plan was developed during the 2015-16 school year. School Site Facility Committees were created at each of our school sites. Two meetings, facilitated jointly by BUSD and WLC Architects, were held with each school site committee. The plan was approved by the Board of Education on September 28, 2016. This plan is the foundation for the Measure B Modernization program.
