Brentwood El third graders learn about our community’s history from Joe Darr, an archeologist from the East Contra Costa Historical Society.  The students will get to dig in middens boxes and learn how artifacts found can tell about the past.

Second grade students had a visit from Big Break.  They had the opportunity to learn about the different creatures that live in the water there and see them up close.  They also enjoyed playing a game to help them understand the struggle that salmon have to go through to survive.
