The responsibilities of the ELAC committee include the following:
Review and advise on school-wide needs assessment
Develop a master plan for English learner education
Advise the principal and staff on the development of the whole school plan with emphasis on English learner needs. Provide feedback on improving regular school attendance.
Bring concerns, questions, and interests for discussion and support.
Attend all ELAC meetings
